Mobility Resource

Mobility is one of, if not the most important part of your training.  You spend one hour here. Not nearly enough time to combat your bad habits throughout the day. Here are some things you can do at the gym and at home to help keep you healthy and mobile. 

Squat(hip and ankle)

Overhead & shoulder mobility

The following movements are to be done after overhead and shoulder mobility

this following one is good for keeping you stable in your snatch and clean and jerk

The following one will strengthen the muscles needed to hold a good rack position and with keeping the upper back stable during any movement.
