1. shuttle sprint

This a 25 yard shuttle(75 yards total). You will be going three lengths of the turf. Start by laying on your stomach. Quickly get up and sprint to the other end. Once you reach the other end, quickly get back down onto your stomach. Get right back up and sprint to the other end again. One more time get down and up to run to the other end. You will do this for 5 rounds.

Rest till it’s your turn again

2. Turkish get ups

3 sets of 5 each side

as heavy as possible

3. AMRAP 6

5 hr push-ups

5 box jumps@24/20
