Heavier than last week if possible. All sets should be tough.

2. ball slam sprint

5 ball slams + 50 yard sprint x 4

2. 3-4 sets depending on time

6 high jumping burpees

sled push 25 yards@315/205

standing sled pull 25 yards@315/205
