Here’s the November PR board.  A lot of you have not written anything here and I know you have PR’ed. Be proud of your accomplishments, whatever they may be. 

1. Back squat

3 sets of 10@73%

Go heavier on your last set if you feel good. No failed reps. Sit with the weight on your shoulders till you complete 10. If the weight is tough. Take a bit longer between reps if needed.

2. Hang snatch(mid-thigh)

4 sets of 3@70%

Go heavier on the second two sets if you feel good.

3. AMRAP 8

10  kb sdhp@70/53

15 box jumps@24/20
