Team competition at the old CrossFit Newton

1. 10 rounds 

Row 250(this should be a few seconds faster than your 500 pace from yesterday)

10-15 hr push-ups

rest 2 min

You may not go to your knees for push-ups. Use a plate to scale your depth.

2. Handstand hold

Work on your extension. Stabilize your mid-line. Make sure everything is tight.

Work on this till the end of class.
