CFN athletes!!! On the Right side of the screen you will find a couple of new resources.  One is our own, Sharon Preglar’s blog, “Paleo Fondue. ” Veggies, meats, and grain free treats. This is a great blog. Check it out and I guarantee you will be drooling within seconds. 

The second is the “Mobility Resource page.” This page should be visited by everyone. There are some great videos to help you with mobility and flexibility in the squat, clean, snatch, pull-up, jerk, and many more. These movements can be done at home or at CFN. Take a look. I’m sure you will find a few videos that hit home.
