Here are just a few of the Pumpkins carved at the pancake breakfast and pumpkin carving yesterday

If you are not yet proficient in the snatch use this time to practice. 

3. WOD

8 min amrap

8 burpees over bar

8 power snatches@75/55

Scale:  Ground to overhead with a plate@45/25 if you are not yet proficient in the snatch. you will do burpees to a plate instead of jumping over the bar.
