30 seconds x 4(10 sec double arm, 10 sec alternating, 10 sec circles)

rest till it’s your turn again

2. 3 rounds

This is the last sled Friday

sled push 50 yards@225/155

15 ball slams

sled push 50 yards@225/155

rest till it’s your turn again. Do not start your round till the person in front of you has completed their second sled push
