Cal, deadlifting at the old place

1. Hang Power Clean

Heavy double in 12 min

Work on speed under the bar. You may go heavy as long as movement is good.

2. HSPU or Negative HSPU

hspu = 1-6 on the min for 5 min

negative hspu = 2- 4 on the min for 5 min

3. AMRAP 10

16 front rack lunges@95/65

8 pull-ups
