CrossFit Newtons first video at the first location. You may recognize a few people. 


If you don’t want to come in today because of the WOD,  that means you should come in today. Getting better means that you come in for WOD’s you really won’t “enjoy.”

1. inverted rows

10-10-10-10 on the rogue system

elevate feet if you can.

2. 10 rounds

run 200

10 burpees

rest 1 min
