Hey Everyone! Rememeber, Yoga for Crossfitters tonight at CFN 7:30pm

Having a consistent yoga practice helps you maintain focus during your Crossfit workouts. Have you ever had to complete 150 wall balls? Your target is your point of focus. In yoga there is a strong emphasis on creating a focal point so you stay consistent while coming into a challenging pose. This technique of setting a focus translates over into  your Olympic lifts,  high box jumps, double unders and many other movements.
