1. Pause Back squat

3 sets of 3@70-75%1rm/2 sec pause at the bottom.

For those of you who just started, just do regular back squats for 3×3. Work to something that challenges your positioning.

 

2. Row/sit-up

Partner WOD

100 med ball sit-ups

row 3000 meters(Switch every 300 meters)
