Sled drag with sled behind you 50 yards@400/300

rest till its your turn again

Sled drag backwards with sled in front of you@400/300

5-15 pull-ups

rest till its your turn again

Sled push 50 yards@225/155

5-15 pull-ups

For the sled drag put a strap on the post the weights are on and turn it around for each direction.

2. L-Sit + HS hold(if there’s time left over)

for 7 min

alternate between max L-Sit hold and HS hold for :30 sec
