If you feel you can go up in weight do so. I don’t want you to stop at anytime because the weight is too heavy.

Sled push 25 yards@315/225

Standing sled pull@315/220

run 200 meters with a plate@45/25

Rest till it’s your turn again

Push the sled 25 yards, run back to the beginning, then use the rope to pull the sled towards you till you pull the sled back to the beginning.
