1. Snatch technique work

Concentrate on set up and bar path. Get under the bar quickly and pay attention to your catch. Make sure you are in a good position and balanced before you stand up with the bar. I do not want you to go heavy.

    Dan & I tackled this at 5:30 and decided to use the 70# kb instead of 53#.


    That was fun!
