sled push 25 yards@225/155

seated sled pull 25 yards@225/155

15 push-ups

rest till it’s your turn again

use a plate to scale the push-ups

How to do this WOD: push the sled to the end of the turf, run back to where you started. Sitting on the rubber flooring with your legs bent and apart, pull the sled, hand over hand till it reaches the beginning of the turf where you started the sled push. Get up and immediately start your push-ups. Make sure you’re out of the way so the next athlete can start the sled push. If the weight is too heavy scale it down a bit. Do not go up in weight. Just move faster if its a bit light.
