Don’t forget!!!!

We are streaming the games all day today and Sunday.  After class at noon we will be having a barbecue so bring some side dishes and your favorite beverage.  Lets have some fun!!!!!

Partner WOD

run 200 meters

50 burpee pull-ups

run 200 meters

40 burpee pull-ups

run 200 meters

30 burpee pull-ups

run 200 meters

20 burpee pull-ups

run 200 meters

10 burpee pull-ups

All reps are shared. Both of you must run the 200 meters each time. 

To scale the burpee pull-ups you will do 50 pull-ups and 50 burpees, 40 pull-ups and 40 burpees………etc.
