1. Tempo segmented Deadlift

3 reps@55% x 5/rest 2 min

Pull to just below the knee, just above the knee,  then to full extension. There will be no rest at the top, once you reached full extension you will start your descent. It should take you 5 seconds to reach the floor. Rest on the floor for 1 second and repeat for two more reps.
