1. Hang squat clean

5 sets of 1/working to your heaviest 1

If you are new to the clean, practice the hang power clean and ride it down into a front squat.

2A. Hang squat clean

10@60%/rest :20 seconds x 4

just like above, if you are new to the clean hang you may hang power clean the bar and ride it down into the front squat.

2B. HSPU

6-10/rest 2 min x 4

Michele will write how to scale the hspu on the board in the a.m.
