rest 3 min between rounds

The back squats(from the floor) should be unbroken. Burpees should be done at a pace you can keep for all 15 without stopping. On the run keep in mind you have a 3 min rest between rounds.

 

Level I – 65/45

Level II – 95/65

Level III – 115/80

Level IV – 135/95
