1. Overhead Squat

From the floor establish your heaviest 2 reps

2A. Wall balls

amrap 1 min x 3

rest :15 sec

Push through this. I want you to get as many here as possible.

2B. toes to bar

15 reps x 3

rest :15 sec

3C. hr push-ups

15 reps x 3 as fast as possible

rest 2:00

In this WOD you will complete the wall balls, then rest :15 sec, complete the toes to bar, rest :15 sec, complete the push-ups, rest 2:00, then repeat the cycle.
