1A. 1 min amrap x 3

rest :30 sec between amraps

Your first min will be at 80% effort, your second@90%, and your third will be@100% effort.

15 box jumps@24/20

Pay attention to how you feel after each amrap. Could you go right back to the bar and start your round, or do you feel like you were pretty gassed. Did you get into the second round? How far? Use this knowledge in the 5 min amrap to follow.

1B. 5 min amrap

10 deadlifts@115/75

15 box jumps@24/20

There will be a 3 min rest between A and B. This will give you a sence of where you need to be pace wise. Pay attention to your rounds and how you feel.
