Thursday and Open WOD 13.1

The CrossFit Games season has begun. A lot of you started during the opens last year and are now competing this year.  Some of you have never experienced it. This year I am posting each WOD for the entire gym on Friday. Those of you who are competing in the open may choose to do the WOD on Friday or Saturday.  Good luck everyone and have FUN.

50 yard shuttle

Sled Push 50 yards@225/155

5 deadlifts@275/175

rest 3 min between rounds

CFN does WOD 12.2

MEN – includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

WOMEN – includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

Mens masters weight for 55 and oler is the same weight as the womens weight.
