The open WODs come out tonight. We will be doing the WOD as a gym on Fridays. Registered or not, you will all be doing the WOD each week. So you might as well sign up 🙂

1. Skill practice

on the min for ten min you wil do x reps

choose between double-unders, tng box jumps, pull-ups, toes to bar/knees to elbow or hspu.

2. Partner WOD

row 2000 meters in 250 meter increments

100 burpees(shared)
