1. push/pull

5 rounds

Start this at 225/155 and try to go heavier each round.  It’s ok if your choice is to stay at the same weight if it’s challenging enough.

Sled push 25 yards

sled pull 25 yards

2. Row

300 x 3

If the row takes under 1:10 take a 1 min rest.

If the row takes over 1:10 rest 1:30.

    Had to keep up with Tom, and mixed in a few Ball smashes as well #40
