1a. Hang Power clean

1b. hspu

max reps in :30 sec x 4

rest 2 min between sets

How to do this workout: You will complete :30 seconds of hang power cleans, rest 2 min, then :30 seconds of hspu, rest 2 min. You will go through this cycle 4 times. The scale for hspu is strict overhead press. You can figure out the weight when you get here.

2. Partner toes to bar and ring hold

100 toes to bar between the two of you.

While your partner does toes to bar you do a ring L-Sit or knee tuck

Scale for toes to bar: knees to elbow

Scale for L-Sit on rings: v-up holds
