100 strikes, alternating 10 per side.

2. Squat Snatch

3-3-3

Focus on mechanics rather than weight.

3. “Training Montage”

5 rounds

7 squat snatches 115/75

35 double unders or bar hops

Rest 1 minute in between rounds.

You may do a power snatch and then an overhead squat.
