5 sets of 1@80-95%1rm

2. Partner WOD

100 sit-ups(50 each)

100 burpees to a target(touch the pull-up bar)

100 overhead lunge steps@45/25

100 push-press@115/80

On the sit-ups you both must do 50. For the rest of the WOD you may share the reps. There is not a set number you each have to do.

    Did this wod today with Suzie, it was super fun!! Kept doing split jerks for the push-press instead of dropping underneath it. It definitely took more time and more energy! Next time I know what to do 🙂
