row 1000(you each get 15 pulls at a time till you reach 1000 meters combined)

42 box jumps@24/20(alternate jumps)

30 hr push-ups(you each must do 15)

For the row: Concentrate on a strong drive through the legs and a hard pull. This will help you spend less time on the rower.

For the Box jumps: As your partner jumps off the box start jumping up. This will minimize your transition time.

For the push-ups: Try not to waste energy on the way down. Drop quickly to the floor, pull your shoulder blades together and drive your hands through the floor.
