Find your heavy 2 for the day. No more than 2 reps in a row, at any weight. When the 2 reps start getting heavy, rest 1-3 minutes in between efforts.

    bench = 150×2

    changed up the wod a bit and did 35lb single arm dumbbell snatches instead. 7+4/7
