    WOD – not sure on the time, but used 95# and my legs are still trembling

      Worked on strict muscle ups, about 6 or so, then did my 8 min with the kip: 5, 3, 3, 3, 2, 2, 2, 2. For the WoD I did more muscle ups wall climbs and ran .
