Team WOD

3 athlete team

row 500 each

then:

3 rounds

each athlete must complete 3 rounds

double kb farmers carry 100 meters@70/53

double kb waiters walk 100 meters@70/53

lunge 100 meters with no weight

once completed:

row 500 each

weight can be scaled as needed

you will all complete 1 round then move on to the next movement. complete 3 rotations each. If you don’t understand I will explain
