Struggle with OHS, jerks, and snatches?

One of the reasons why Jack is so proficient in these movements is because of his shoulder mobility.  Resident CFN Yogi, Susannah, is starting a group of  3 week yoga series on Tuesday nights at 7:30.  This one will focus on shoulder mobility.  If you have ever struggled with overhead squats, jerks, snatches, pull ups, muscle ups, toes to bar, hspu, you should definitely consider doing this yoga series.

Starts this Tues, Oct 2nd

7:30 – 8:20pm
