Max effort in 1 min x 3

rest 2 min after each effort

4 rounds

row 500 meters

20 ring push-ups

rest 3 min after each round

Try to stay consistent with your times.  Once you complete the row, go right into the ring push-ups.

Level I – 15 knee push-ups

Level II – 15 push-ups, chest below the elbows

Level III – chest to deck push-ups

Level IV – ring push-ups

    Pull Ups – 18, 14, 13

    Tough to keep time on the WOD but each round took around 2:20
