Saturday 9.22.12

The CFN barbecue is today at 3pm.  Should be an awesome time. 

Come by and enjoy some good food and drinks.  Celebrate with your fellow CrossFitters.


Also, don’t forget, yoga with Susannah is at 8am. Everyone should be there!!!

Jay using his time wisely and doing some mobility. Raf is testing out the pull-up system. Should be done on Tuesday.

10 push-ups

15 air squats

You and your partner will complete as many rounds as possible in 20 min. Only one athlete may work at a time.  Athlete 1 will complete a full round,  Athlete 2 will go once Athlete 1 has finished their round.  Keep moving till 20 min are up. Since you have rest try to complete the round as fast as possible.
