    Squat – 305 new 10 lb PR

    WOD 6:32 with a mix of singles and doubles

    Jeff then talked me into sled pushes, 50 yds at 180, 50 yds at 225, 50 yds at 270

    WOD: 8:50 with singles and deficit HSPU for 1st 2 sets

    I also played around with the new pull up bars and was able to get a bar muscle up done with some encouragement from Rob.
