This Saturdays 12:30 pm Yoga class is going to be changed to 8am. Don’t forget to sign up, especially those of you who just competed. Being more mobile will take your CrossFit performance to the next level.

Sled push

50 yards x 4

225/165

Once you complete your sled push you will then complete 20 renegade rows and 15 toes through rings.

Weight will be discussed in the beginning of class.

    No idea of time as the clock wasn’t running but this was hard. Used a 225 lb sled and 50 lb dumb bells for the rows

    Ugh. No idea on time except took a longer time between round 3 and 4. Sled 185, 225, 185 and 185. 30lbs dumbbells. That sled is a killer.

    Sled 185, 225, 225, 185 and 30 lb dumb bells. Last sled run was pretty tough.
