Don’t forget to sign in with your keytags when you enter through the front office.

2 partner teams

Complete 100 med ball sit-ups(50 each)

Then complete 10 rounds as a team(5 each)

20 yard bear crawl

 20 yard single arm kettlebell carry right hand

20 yard single arm kettlebell carry left hand

15 knees to elbow

20 yard bear crawl

Then:

Finish with 100 med ball sit-ups(50 each)

Level I -BB@35/25, knee tucks

Level II – BB@53/35, knees to chest

Level III – KB@53/35, knees to elbow

Level IV – BB@70/53, knees to elbow
