Thursday 9.6.12

We have about 12 athletes competing this weekend in the New England Firebreather Challenge at CrossFit New England. Come show your support and cheer on your fellow athletes. CFNE organizes a great competition, it should be an awesome weekend.

There are A-LOT of new faces here at CFN. If you see someone you don’t yet know, introduce yourself. It could be quite intimidating your first few times in class. If it looks like someone is a bit confused about something, try to lend them a hand. CFN has a great community and we want to keep it that way.

20 – 15 – 10 – 15 – 20

 push-ups

run 200 meters before each round and end with a 200 meter run

Level I – knee push-ups

Level II – push-ups

Level III – deficit push-ups, hands on 10lb plates

Level IV – deficit push-ups, hands on 25lb plates
