    did snatches and clean and jerks first, then max bench, which was 305# today. sled was brutal for 50 yds but felt good. then the wod at 225# in 15:01. lower back and cns are toast.

    17:24 (85#). Hated the turning of the sled.

    18:30 with 135#. (155# on the first round, which was a bit much after pushing the sled. Actually, breathing and staying upright were tough after pushing the sled.)

    17:25 @135…needed to do lower weight for deadlift after the sled push…I am surprised I can walk right now πŸ™‚

    Sled push 155, so much harder at the lighter weight longer distance haha! WOD 16:13 @ 105#, really liked this one.
