Rest 3 min in between each round.

Level I – Jumping pullups with step-ups

Level II – Banded pullups with 20/16

Level III – Pullups with 24/20

Level IV – C2B pullups with 24/20

    Worked up to 30″ box + 3×45 + 2×25 .. whatever that height is.

    WOD: 5, 4, 3+5, 4, 3+5 = 105 Pullups, 190 Box jumps.
