CFN at regionals.  We’ll be back.

team WOD

two athletes per team

amrap 25 min

10 push-press

10 burpees

10 box jumps

One athlete works at a time. athlete 1 must complete the full round before athlete 2 can start their round.  The objective here is to transition quickly from one movement to the next without taking time to rest.  Your rest will be when your partner is working.

Level I – 65/35, step-ups

Level II – 75/45, 20/16

Level III – 85/55, 24/20

Level IV – 95/65, 24/20

    Long one this morning…definitely sweaty.

    Teamed up w/ Dr. Jeff.

    We managed 15 rounds + 10 Push Press and 2 Burpees.

    Stumped on Madcow with only 3 reps on Cleans (195#) and bench (195#). Got my 5 reps at 255# back squat.

    Darius and I combined our forces this morning and finished 15 full founds + 10 push press @ 85lbs.
