    Friday MadCow doing sets with my previous PRs. Hit 2 out of 3 numbers

      It is a lot of fun lifting with someone else.
      Hit my numbers and finished week 8.

    21:20 with 53 / 20. Transition time got a bit slower toward the end, but all sets were unbroken except for a couple of times when the med ball slipped out of my hands because they were sweaty.
