    Had one of those days at the box that reminded me why I love CrossFit Newton. After struggling with Tuesday’s comp WOD on Monday and acquiring my first DNF, I decided to tackle it again after my Madcow workout. 23:18 and felt great after (only slightly vomitious). Thanks to Gil, Jodie, and Staci for pushing me throughout.

    Slow Madcow improvements continue
    200 x 5 squat
    155 x 3 press which is what I got last week
    390 x 2 deadlift. I couldn’t get it off the floor last week.
