Check out the post below and read about the new yoga class starting at CFN.  Sign up before it fills up.!!

I would have to say this years games were honestly the most brutal and the most well rounded event in CrossFit history. I can truly say these two competitors are the fittest man and women on earth. Each and every one of the competitors that participated and busted there asses this weekend are amazing. I’m sorry, but weather you like CrossFit or not, there’s no denying that these athletes are fitter and more well rounded than any athlete in any sport. I know this is a bold statement, but it’s true. If you didn’t get to see it, check it out on espn when it comes out. Simply amazing!!!

  1. Seth Says:

Clean/BJ Comp WOD: 9:56Rx. Decided to check my ego and not do the second WOD in order to save my healing shoulder. That, I guess, is a win in and of itself.

  2. Chris McCartin Says:

    Push Press: 115×3, 135×3, 155×3, 165×3 (Previous 1RM was 165 on 5/15)

WOD: 14:37 w/24″ box. I kept a steady pace and kept moving the whole time. The fan felt amazing afterward!

  3. Bill Brown Says:

    Push Press:
    95×3, 115×3, 135×3, 155×3, 175×3, 185×2 (failed on the 3rd twice. Previous 1RM was 175 on 5/15)

    WOD: 13:10 w/ 30″ box. So hot!
