    WOD today felt great. Broke “Karen” up into 15 sets of 10 with minimal break between sets.

    Finished in 8:03 (20lb). Next time, I want to see a 7 as the first number.

    50 Pull ups: 7:30. The first 25 went pretty quick. The last 25 took a bit longer.

    WOD: 10:15 with 20lb. Did the first 30 unbroken and then did sets of 10… and eventually sets of 5.
