      On a personal note, started Madcow today. Hit all my numbers. It’s nice to feel strong and more or less injury free.

    I tweaked my madcow numbers to use the fractional plates, and lower the jumps between weeks. The squats and bench were fine, but the clean and jerks felt heavy. I haven’t been sleeping or eating enough the past few days. Bad Heather. Bad bad bad Heather. No cookie for me.
