4 athletes per team

each athlete

4×300 row

after each round of rowing you must complete 15 burpees

this should be a sprint considering the rest you have

then:

each athlete seperately

sit-ups

50-40-30-20-10

wall climbs

5-4-3-2-1

start with sit-ups

    I continue to love madcow. I tried for a pr for my clean and got 210# which was a 15# pr. Thanks to everyone for the encouragement, and to Gil for teaching stretching and mechanics.
