    19:30 with 45lbs. In some twisted way I found this to be a good cleansing WOD for a rough week so far. And 60 unbroken DUs to start which is a record (and great time-saver!)

    I’ve never felt worse after a workout then this one. It took me15 minutes of sitting in front of the fan to see straight. Then it took me another hour before I could eat. See you tonight!
