So today is Mikeys birthday. For those of you who don’t know, Mike is coach Michele’s brother. The movements are his idea, I just came up with the rep scheme. He’s gonna be 19 if you haven’t figured it out by the reps.

Level IV – BJ 24/20, WB 10 ‘ target  20/14, deficit SDHP 2/1.5, run 400

    I did Thursdays’s strength wod, the du, t2b, pistol, run madness. I don’t know my exact time, but I’m estimating about 16 minutes something. The last round was brutal.
